These rules describe using the virtual try-on in this shop and processing photos for that purpose. They do not replace the shop privacy policy or terms of sale.
1. Using the try-on
Choose a photo, read these rules and confirm the consent in the try-on window before generating. Use only photos you have the right to upload and process for this purpose.
The AI visualization is illustrative. Actual product appearance and fit may differ. Generating a try-on does not add a product to your cart or place an order.
2. Preparing the visualization
Photos are sent to PRO-S and OpenAI to prepare the try-on. PRO-S encrypts queued photos and deletes them after processing; abandoned inputs are cleaned after 15 minutes on a five-minute schedule. Encrypted results are available for one hour. Provider retention rules also apply.
3. History and comparison in this browser
For before-and-after comparison, your photo is saved with the result in this browser. History includes up to 10 try-ons from the last 24 hours, subject to available storage. Expired entries and their photos are removed when you use the try-on feature. History is not linked to a customer account. Delete individual entries or all history at any time. Clear history after using a shared device.
When you generate, the before photo is also saved temporarily in this browser for up to one hour to recover comparison after a reload. Expired photos are removed when you use the try-on feature. You can remove the pending local photo without cancelling the submitted task.
Shop try-on activity log
For usage statistics and abuse investigation, the shop records the date, selected products and variants, request status and connection IP address. This log does not contain your photos. Full IP addresses are encrypted in the shop database and are not sent to PRO-S as part of this log. Records are available to authorized shop administrators for 30 days, as configured by this shop; expired entries are removed during subsequent shop or module use. The shop may clear this log earlier. Contact the shop about this processing and your rights; see its privacy policy.
4. Your controls and contact
Use Remove on a history item or Clear history to delete saved try-ons in this browser. Use Remove local before photo for a pending comparison photo. Downloaded images remain on your device until you delete them yourself.
